Detailed Description

The RC8 R uses the same friction material as the RC8, delivering a very high friction coefficient (µ ≈ 0.60), resulting in reduced braking distances.

It features a grooved backing plate designed to improve heat evacuation and reduce heat transfer to the pistons and brake fluid, a key advantage in extreme conditions or long circuits.

This patented system delays the onset of brake fade even under repeated heavy braking and ensures consistent and reliable braking performance throughout the event.

Despite its high friction level, the RC8 R provides precise modulation, allowing good vehicle control even under heavy deceleration or rapid rhythm changes.
